Job Seeker Subscription

Job seekers can chat with 5 new employers daily for free. If they want to chat with more than 5 employers a day, they will have to purchase a subscription to unlock certain number of chats with new employers daily as per the plan.

Job seekers subscription also enables them to:

View job statistics such as number of applications, job posting date, ongoing interviews, etc. to make informed decisions
Request phone number of employers
Navigate to their social media profiles
And much more premium features

Employer Subscription

Employers post a job and get Agentic AI HR shortlisted candidates to interview. Employers subscribe to purchase certain interview credits per month as per the recurring plans. They spend interview credits when they want to communicate with the shortlisted talents through resume, phone number, chats, etc.

Refund Policy

HiBOSS charges employers on outcome such as they spend interview credits to communicate with the shortlisted candidates. The interview credits have unlimited validity and hence no refund is recommended.

Job seekers subscribe to be able to chat with more new employers, view job statistics, request phone number, etc. In case job seekers or employers want to apply for refund, they can write to office@hiboss.in.

We will assess all the cases and disburse refund if applicable within 7 working days.
